nowreply is an AI assistant for appointment-based businesses. It answers inquiries on your website and email using the information you give it — your prices, policies, and calendar — and can book appointments into your systems. It is operated by starmo, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
You need an account to run nowreply on your site. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. The content you upload — documents, prices, policies — stays yours. You give us permission to process it for one purpose: making your assistant answer well.
Don't use nowreply for anything unlawful, and don't feed it content you don't have the right to use.
nowreply costs $29.99 per month, billed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com, which handles payment, taxes, and receipts. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — you keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. See our refund policy for how refunds work.
We work hard to keep nowreply fast, accurate, and available, but AI-generated answers can be wrong and no service is up 100% of the time. nowreply is provided "as is": review what your assistant says about your business, and don't rely on it for legal, medical, or financial advice to your customers.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can delete your organization from settings at any time, which removes your content. We can suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service, and we'll tell you why if we do. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new date at the top.
